Founded in 2020, Emma Winery is a boutique producer dedicated to distinctive, high-quality natural wines, crafted with minimal intervention to preserve their authentic character.

Strekov lies in one of Slovakia’s warmest winegrowing areas, blessed with abundant sunshine. Our grapes ripen on the sun-drenched, south-west-facing slopes of Szőlővölgy.

Our philosophy

Less Intervention,
More Character

We harvest our grapes by hand, allow them to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and intervene as little as possible throughout the winemaking process. The result is vibrant, unfiltered and unfined wines that authentically express the character of each vintage and the terroir from which they originate.
